Raul Bali’s ‘Feet’ is a unique exploration of the ephemeral tension between desire and emptiness, captured through the delicate medium of Polaroid manipulation on paper. This original artwork, framed and ready to enhance any collection, is a profound meditation on human vulnerability and the balance of emotions.
Within the context of Bali’s project, “Ballad of Sexual Desire,” this piece stands as an allegory of senses, juxtaposing dark romance with phantasmagoric imagery. It speaks to the beauty born from melancholy, highlighting the fragile yet potent interplay of emotions.
As part of a broader narrative inspired by the LGBTQ+ community, ‘Feet’ challenges perceptions of identity and emotion, inviting viewers to contemplate the spectrum of human experience. The artwork’s unique size of 16 x 16 cm makes it a versatile addition to both intimate and expansive spaces.
