Authenticity & Artwork Assurance

At Lust Not Lost, we present works selected for artistic integrity, atmosphere, and collectible value. Our assurance is not a conventional product warranty. It is a commitment to authenticity, accurate representation, and careful fulfillment.

1. Authenticity
We represent that artworks sold through Lust Not Lost are offered in good faith as authentic works by the named artist, studio, publisher, or rights holder, to the best of our knowledge and documentation available at the time of sale.

Where stated in the product listing, a work may be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, edition information, artist documentation, or other provenance-related materials.

2. Description Accuracy
We aim to describe each work as accurately as possible, including:

• title;
• artist attribution;
• medium;
• edition details;
• dimensions;
• framing status;
• condition notes where relevant.

Because artworks may be handmade, editioned, vintage, photographic, printed, or materially textured, slight variations may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

3. Color, Texture, and Screen Representation
We make reasonable efforts to display works faithfully, but colors, contrast, scale, and texture may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting conditions, and framing choices. Minor visual differences between on-screen images and the physical work are not considered faults.

4. Condition on Delivery
We take care to package works for safe transit. If a piece arrives damaged or materially not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photographs of:

• the artwork;
• the packaging;
• any visible damage;
• the shipping label.

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a remedy in line with our Return Policy and applicable law.

5. Edition and Availability
Where a work is sold as an edition, we aim to present the edition type and related details accurately. Availability may change, and occasional corrections may be necessary if a work has sold out, been withdrawn, or is otherwise no longer available.

6. No Conventional Product Warranty
Artworks are cultural and collectible objects, not mass-produced utility products. Except where required by law, Lust Not Lost does not provide a conventional commercial warranty covering wear, aging, subjective preference, environmental sensitivity, or damage resulting from handling, hanging, storage, sunlight, humidity, temperature changes, or misuse after delivery.

7. Framed and Handling Considerations
Where framing is offered, framed works should be handled carefully and displayed in suitable interior conditions. We recommend avoiding:

• direct sunlight;
• excess humidity;
• heat sources;
• contact with liquids;
• rough handling or pressure on the surface.
