01How does shipping work?

Within Romania, shipping is a flat 40 RON, calculated automatically at checkout.
For international orders, our courier aggregator can't quote live rates — so we
confirm the exact shipping cost with you directly after you place your order,
before anything is charged for delivery.
02Can I return a piece?

Yes, within the return window stated in our Return Policy, provided the work
arrives damaged, materially different from its listing, or otherwise qualifies
under applicable consumer law. Commissioned, made-to-order, or one-of-a-kind
pieces marked final sale are excluded. Write to [email protected] before
sending anything back.
03How are artists paid?

We work on a commission model: the artist sets the value of their work, Lust —
Not Lost handles listing, payment processing, and either fulfillment or
coordination with the artist for shipping. Our share covers the platform,
curation, and customer experience around each piece.
04I'm an artist — can I submit work?

We're always looking, quietly. Send a short note and a few images to
[email protected] — no formal portfolio required to start the conversation.
