Return Policy

At Lust Not Lost, we sell artworks and collectible objects that may be original, limited edition, handmade, delicate, or produced in small quantities. Because of the nature of these works, our return process differs from mass-market retail.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligible Returns

A return may be accepted if:

• the item arrives damaged;
• the item received is materially different from the item ordered;
• the item is defective on arrival;
• the item qualifies for return under applicable mandatory consumer protection law;
• we otherwise approve the return in writing at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following items are not eligible for return:

• commissioned or custom-made works;
• made-to-order, framed-to-order, or personalized items;
• artworks described as one-of-a-kind, final sale, or non-returnable;
• items altered, installed, framed, handled improperly, or damaged after delivery;
• digital goods, certificates, or downloadable materials once delivered, where applicable.

4. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for return, the item must be returned:

• in its original condition;
• with the original packaging where reasonably possible;
• with any accompanying documentation, certificates, tags, or inserts;
• without signs of misuse, wear, improper storage, or damage caused after delivery.

5. Return Procedure

To request a return, please contact [email protected] and include:

• your order number;
• your name;
• the item title;
• the reason for the return;
• photographs, if the item is damaged or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Please do not send any item back without prior written approval.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or because the item arrived damaged or defective, Lust Not Lost will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of the destination country, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged securely and, where appropriate, insured during return transit.

7. Refund Timing

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method, unless a different timeframe is required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different artwork or product, you are welcome to place a new order separately, subject to availability.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where local consumer laws provide greater protection than this policy, those rights will prevail.
