Paul Muresan’s ‘Behave’ is an intimate drawing that defies conventional expectations. Crafted with crayons on sandpaper, this original piece is a striking example of Muresan’s ability to blend technical precision with emotional depth.
Bathed in warm yellows and oranges, the figure exudes a quiet, heroic vulnerability. The title may suggest restraint, yet the depicted form speaks of liberation, embodying an ancient confidence that feels timelessly alive.
Muresan’s work navigates the terrain between the surreal and the personal, offering a nuanced exploration of intimacy. This drawing serves as a powerful focal point in any collection, inviting viewers to contemplate the complexities of human desire.
